Seit 2011 vertonen Enter Tragedy die Tragik des Seins in all seinen dunkelbunten Facetten. Ursprünglich im brandenburgischen Guben als künstlerisches Korrektiv entstanden, gibt die Band heute all jenen eine Stimme, die sich sonst in Schweigen hüllen - ein Gegenentwurf zu einer unterwürfigen Gesellschaft.

Geprägt von den Erfahrungen der Nachwendezeit, in der Themen wie Umbruch, Verlust und Entfremdung allgegenwärtig waren, decken sie ein breites Spektrum ab, das die Abgründe der menschlichen Seele ebenso ausleuchtet wie den gesellschaftlichen Zerfall.

Vielfalt ist hierbei keine inflationäre Worthülse, sondern gelebte Wirklichkeit. Mit ihrer inklusiven Besetzung machen sie es sich zwischen den Stühlen und auf den Tischen bequem. Since 2011, Enter Tragedy has been putting the tragedy of existence into sound, capturing all its dark and colorful facets. Originally formed in Guben, Brandenburg, as an "artistic corrective," the band today gives a voice to those who usually shroud themselves in silence - a counter-model to a submissive society.

Deeply shaped by the experiences of the post-reunification era - a time when themes of upheaval, loss, and alienation were omnipresent - they cover a broad spectrum that illuminates the abysses of the human soul as much as societal decay.

For this band, diversity is not just an empty buzzword, but a lived reality. With their inclusive lineup, they comfortably take their place between the chairs - and on top of the tables.
